Returns/Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item as long as the item is in new condition for store credit.

Shipping
For finished pieces, it takes about 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most items are carved for your order and will ship within 3 weeks of receiving your order. Customer pieces may have an extended completion time per Jennifer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as we process your order. All items will be shipped fully insured via USPS. Priority and Express options available at check out. For international shipping inquires, contact Jennifer directly.
